Dinos head outdoors

It wouldn't be fair to highlight L and not give the boys a moment of their own, so I look J outside yesterday to the rock pile in the backyard with his beloved dinosaurs. He usually carries them around everywhere he goes in a small canvas tote, carefully lining them up in a row on the table or along the windowsill in the playroom. But today they were free to roam as they pleased and get good and dirty like a good dino should be! It was a breezy day, on the chilly side, but J was delighted to perch with them on top of the ' big mountain' and romp them around.
We also saw a hypothermic bumblebee sitting near the tree so I nudged him onto a stick so the kids could get a closer look. He's giving us a warning wave in the picture, but the kids insisted he was waving 'hello'!
